Acoustic Phonetic Data Base for Hindi Speech

This paper presents the current status and future plans of creating a data base and conducting acoustic phonetic studies of Hindi speech. The work is intended to develop standard techniques for creating data base, analysis of speech samples and procedures for designing and conducting bench mark tests for voice input-output systems.
