A Tool for Hyperbaric Speech Improvement: the PSH/DISPE CDROM.

To help with the design, testing and qualification of new communication devices, a bilingual database of subaquatic and hyperbaric speech (PSH/DISPE) has been set up. We describe in this paper both the content and architecture of the PSH/DISPE CDROM and its use as a tool to develop new unscrambling techniques.
