ISCA Student Section

The aim of the ISCA Student Section is to put forward ideas for the expansion of student activities within ISCA and to implement them. Some of our projects target the speech and language research community as a whole and are not limited to students. Currently, our mission is three-fold:

  • increase interaction among students and senior researchers,
  • facilitate access to information,
  • raise awareness of speech and language research to students (both undergraduate and graduate) who do not have experience in the speech and language processing area.

You can visit the ISCA Student Section website which is maintained by ISCA Student Advisory Committee (SAC) at:

ISCA-SAC says thank you to Angel Mario Castro Martinez (University of Oldenburg), Michelle Morales (CUNY Graduate Center) and Cyrielle Chappuis (University of Geneva) who are retiring from their board duties. Great work, guys! However, we are not losing contact with them as Angel and Michelle will remain active advisors to ISCA-SAC.
