R&D Engineer Automatic Speech Recognition

Job description:

• R&D tools development for Automatic Speech Recognition system

• Integration of research results in the SDK (main topics : vocal tract normalization and robustness)

• Integration of SDK in applications (BOON)

• Support of customer projects

• Project Management

Requirements:

• A degree (BSc or MSc) in computer science

• Experience : 0 – 3 Years

• C/C++ expertise

• Good Perl knowledge is an asset

• Interest for languages

• Experience in speech technology software development

• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux

• Fluent in English, (high level of Italian or Dutch or Czech or Polish or Russian is an asset)

• Team player with good interpersonal skills

• Strong commitment to the job

• Good knowledge of sound tools is an asset (Adobe Audition, SoundForge, Wavesurfer, HTK, Sphinx, ...)
