Introduction

ISCA GRANTS AVAILABLE !!!

ISCA financially supports students and young scientists to participate in workshops relevant to speech and language. The support covers early registration and possibly accommodation costs while transportation costs are covered only in exceptional cases. Applicants from all countries are eligible. Click here to see how to apply for financial support. For more information, please go to: www.isca-speech.org/grants

ISCA organizes special events in which a special effort is made to gather scientists doing research on specific topics. This sequence of workshops, previously known as ETRWs (ESCA Tutorial & Research Workshops) because of their former European origin, plays an important role in bringing speech scientists together. The tutorial presentations give advanced aspects of the topics that could especially benefit industrial attendees wanting an overview of the state-of-the-art in that field from international specialists. ISCA also finds it important to co-sponsor other specialized workshops focused on a research topic of interest.

If you are willing to organize yourself an ITRW, please contact Jean-Francois Bonastre, LIA Avignon, France

A set of guidelines has been prepared for those who are organizing such events.

For purposes of promotion, high-resolution ISCA logos are available for download: -
