Relating vocal fold amplitude of vibration to skin acceleration level on the anterior neck

P. S. Popolo, Ingo R. Titze

The purpose of this research was to determine if a relationship between vocal fold amplitude of vibration and skin acceleration level could be found using regression techniques. The effects of accelerometer location and phonation frequency were examined.
