Ontology of the subject domain "speech signals recognition and synthesis"

The general structure of ontology of subject domain is described. Definitions of basic elements of ontology are given. Examples of the description a some elements of ontology of the subject domain "Speech signals recognition and synthesis" are resulted. The possible variant of the organization of collective development of such ontology is offered.
