Development of intellectual anthropomorphic robots is discussed. The Russian project ARNE (Anthropomorphic Robot of New ERA) is described. Architecture of intelligent robot control system is proposed. Control of stable robot biped walking is proposed using dynamic model, solution of the inverse kinematics problem, and dynamic mass center concept. The robot behavior control system is constructed using information fusion and multiagent technology with the cognitive agents. The skill and behavior implementations in the agents playing soccer are considered by examples of STEP (Soccer Team of Electro Pult) team soccer agents.
