FAQ

How can I retrieve my password?

Forgotten your password? Didn't receive one? Please go to the 'Log in' button on the upper right of the page, click 'Forgot your password' and follow the instructions.

At the time you register as a new member for the first time, ISCA Membership Portal provides you the first password via email. You may change the password anytime afterwards.

How can I login to my ISCA profile?

Access your ISCA member profile by clicking on the 'Log in' button on the upper right of the page. Please enter your email and your password.

My email address is not valid anymore

You can still login with your deprecated email address and update your email address in your profile.

If you cannot log in anymore at all, please contact support@isca-speech.org.

Are my ISCA credentials valid for the Reviewer Portal?

No. Since 23/01/2024 the ISCA membership database and the Reviewer Portal are completely disconnected. Former ISCA/Reviewer credentials remain valid for the Reviewer Portal. To reset your password, please follow the instructions on the portal.

We are working on a new Reviewer Portal.

Are my ISCA credentials valid for the Workshop Submission Portal?

No. Since 23/01/2024 the ISCA membership database and the Workshop Submission Portal are completely disconnected. Former ISCA credentials remain valid for the Workshop Submission Portal.. To reset your password, please follow the instructions on the portal.

We are working on a new Workshop Submission Portal.

Is my former ISCA number (up to 5 digits) still valid?

No. Since 23/01/2024 it is not valid anymore. It is still visible for information in your profile as "Original ISCA number (defunct)" but it is now replaced by the new (> 7 digits) "ISCA Profile ID", also visible in your profile.

Which number should be used to register at Interspeech?

The "ISCA Profile ID" (>7 difits), visible in your profile. If you enter your old ISCA number (<5 digits), you will be considered as non-member and will be proposed non-member registration fees.

Where can I find my new ISCA Profile ID?

Login to your ISCA profile thanks to the 'Log in' button in then upper right of this page. You will find your ID in your profile (>7 digits).

How can I accept the Terms of Use?

Click ON the red text.

At you first login on ISCA profile, you have to accept the Wild Apricot Terms of Use. Wild Apricot is the membership management software used by ISCA since Jan. 2024.

Very unintuitively, Wild Apricot does not provide any button to accept but expect you to click on the red text to move forward with your login.
